These 1,150 sq. ft. units offer all the amenities of home and are located about a three minute drive to all the activities of downtown Durango. All units offer a sofa sleeper in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer and dining room. Ferringway Condominiums is located one and 1/2 miles from the heart of Downtown Durango. The complex has 50 units situated on four acres with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, clubhouse and sauna. Gas grills are available for use in the pool area. Each condominium is individually owned and decorated. Each offers a deck, wood burning fireplace and full kitchen with all of the pots and pans, dishes and glassware provided. All have washers and dryers. The bed types vary in each unit. Check-in time is 4pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 11am. The office on site is open until 5pm. Call day of arrival to see if early arrival is available. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.
